Empowering young people to cope with anxiety and depression through music listening

MUSIC.ME is a novel lifestyle intervention that cultivates adaptive and effective mood regulation strategies through personalized music selections designed to promote mood elevation and prevent and cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression. The intervention is underpinned by a web app that - MUSIC.ME - that empowers individuals to implement and sustain these beneficial listening behaviours autonomously.

We invite you to co-create the future of mental health support by perfecting a new app, MUSIC.ME, which uses personalised music to help young people manage their mood. Your voice is essential for ensuring this tool truly helps others!

Your role

You will participate in 4 in-person workshops across
October, November, and December and work with our research team to:

Test & Refine

Explore the latest MUSIC.ME app, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions.

Design the research

Determine the most relevant measures and outcomes for evaluating the app's success
with young people.

Create Impact

Help design engaging, public-facing materials to encourage adoption among other
YP.
